Sydney Reese

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Hi! I’m Sydney, she/her.

I find great fulfillment in working alongside people as they reach their full potential. I believe everyone deserves a supportive ally on their team while navigating life’s challenges. I would be honored to be part of your team as you discover more about yourself, develop helpful skills, and become the best version of you.

I’ll guide you through exploring the connection between your past and present, helping you better understand how they impact your overall well-being. Together, we will focus on healing your present while laying the foundation for a brighter future.

I am currently working toward becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp™).

I’m occasionally accompanied by Spector "Dr. Spec", my hypoallergenic Canine Good Citizen and Certified Therapy Dog. He loves meeting new friends during in-person sessions and offers a unique form of support to our clients.

When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my pets, and boating.

* All services with me are located in Stuart, FL or Virtually.
