Elizabeth “Lizzye” Rubin

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hi! I’m Lizzye, she/her.

My approach is individualized and collaborative, meaning that your unique needs and goals for mental and emotional well-being are at the forefront of our work together. We will collaborate to develop personalized strategies and techniques that align with your aspirations for positive change.

I believe that healing is possible for everyone. My dedication lies in helping individuals unlock their innate strengths, rekindle hope, and uncover their inner capabilities to pursue a brighter, more fulfilling life.

My goal is to create a non-judgmental and empathetic environment where you feel accepted, understood, and empowered, regardless of your past experiences, choices, or current struggles.

I continually engage in ongoing education and training to stay up to date on the latest evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches. Additionally, I am working toward becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp™).

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two furry companions—Violet the dog and Poppy the cat. I also love floating in the ocean and listening to a variety of music.

* All services with me are located in Stuart, FL or Virtually.
