Therapeutic Services

A key benefit of Bloom is our ability to create an individualized path for our clients’ growth. While individual therapy sessions are most commonly scheduled, our team approach allows us to offer supportive therapeutic services that complement and enhance your treatment with our elevated treatment model and therapeutic groups.

At Bloom, we strive to empower each client by joining with them in the process of exploring their feelings, thoughts, life experiences, and patterns, while also fostering the growth of their strengths.

Counseling Sessions

Bloom specializes in providing therapy for teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, stress, and trauma.

While we prioritize each client’s unique clinical needs, most individuals typically engage in weekly hour-long therapy sessions.

Bloom offers individual therapy, with session frequency and length tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.

Sessions are held in-person at our Stuart or St. Augustine offices, or online, available to Florida residents.

Elevated Treatment

At Bloom, we recognize that traditional one-hour weekly therapy is not always enough to meet every client’s needs.

Some individuals may require more frequent or intensive support to experience meaningful progress. That’s why we offer an Elevated Treatment Model, providing expanded, customizable services beyond standard outpatient therapy.

This approach allows us to create a comprehensive and adaptable treatment plan tailored to each client’s unique needs. Clients may:

  • Meet with their primary Bloom therapist more frequently or for extended sessions.

  • Work with additional Bloom team members to access specialized treatment methods.

At Bloom, our Elevated Treatment Model bridges the gap between traditional outpatient therapy and higher levels of care. This approach ensures that clients receive the support, structure, and specialized treatment they need—without having to enter a more restrictive treatment setting.

If you believe increased support could benefit you, we’re here to help design a treatment plan that meets your needs.

  • You may benefit from Elevated Treatment if you:

✔ Are in early recovery from an eating disorder, trauma, or another mental health concern and need increased support.

✔ Are transitioning before or after a higher level of care (HLOC) and require structured, step-down treatment.

✔ Are experiencing a high level of distress or crisis and need more immediate interventions.

✔ Feel that weekly sessions are not enough to address the intensity or complexity of your concerns.

✔ Want to deepen your therapeutic work through longer or more intensive sessions.

✔ Have multiple therapeutic needs, such as individual therapy, family or couples therapy, and skill-based sessions.

✔ Are navigating a major life transition, such as divorce, grief, career change, or significant stress.

✔ Are a parent seeking additional support in helping your child with their mental health.

  • ✔ Meeting with your primary therapist more than once per week

✔ Working with a non-primary therapist for specialized treatment methods, such as EMDR, DBT, Art Therapy, and Psychodrama

✔ Intensive Therapeutic Sessions using EMDR, Psychodrama, or Art Therapy

✔ Tandem Couples or Family Therapy for a more integrated and supportive approach

✔ Parent Coaching for guidance on supporting your child’s mental health

✔ Meal Support for those struggling with eating-related challenges

    ✔ Trauma-Informed Yoga to support mind-body healing

✔ Skill-building sessions focusing on DBT, mindfulness, coping strategies, and distress tolerance

✔ Targeted sessions with a non-primary therapist for specific concerns, such as eating disorders or trauma recovery
