Melissa Lichtenberger, a compassionate therapist at Bloom, specializing in anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.

Melissa Lichtenberger

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Hi! I’m Melissa, she/her.

Honor yourself for already taking the first step toward healing. I would be honored to walk beside you on your continued journey forward.

I recognize that past experiences and societal messages can impact your self-worth and enjoyment of life. My passion lies in helping clients uncover the beauty within themselves and in their everyday lives.

Together, we’ll work on developing resilience in the face of life’s challenges, while I provide the support you need to discover and build upon your internal strengths.

I believe every person is valuable and valid, and I am committed to creating a space where you feel seen and heard. I am skilled in working with individuals from all backgrounds, including those identifying with any sexuality, gender, race, or faith.

I am currently working towards becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp™).

When I’m not spending time with my two daughters and my rescue dog, Nacho, you can find me fossil-hunting, painting, or professionally making cookies.

* All services with me are located in St Augustine, FL or Virtually.
