Bloom specializes in providing mental health healing for pre-teens, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety disorders, eating disorders, mood disorders, stress, and trauma.
At Bloom, we believe you already have the qualities necessary to heal. Through therapy, we’ll help you become who you aspire to be, by building on these strengths, gaining insight into your challenges, and discovering effective coping strategies.
To offer individualized care, we utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed, experiential, and mindfulness-based treatment approaches.
Bloom works with you to harness your resiliency in overcoming life’s struggles.
To further support your unique needs, sessions can range from standard Individual, Couples, and Group Counseling Sessions, to Elevated Outpatient Treatment plans, such as supportive therapy sessions and therapeutic intensives.
We have offices in Stuart and St. Augustine, Florida, and offer virtual therapy across the state of Florida.
Sessions are available Monday through Friday, by appointment only.

About Bloom.
Bloom was originally founded by Karen Moore, LCSW-QS, CEDS-C, as an individual private practice. Recognizing the growing need for qualified and specialized eating disorder and mental health treatment on the Treasure Coast, Bloom expanded in 2021 to include a team of like-minded, compassionate, and skilled clinicians.
At Bloom, we take pride in the therapeutic process and our commitment to individualized care. While our practice specializes in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, stress, and trauma treatment, each clinician brings their own unique skill set and expertise to address additional mental health concerns as well.
What Sets Bloom Apart
At Bloom, we are driven by a set of core values that guide our practice and relationships with clients:
-
Our team brings extensive training and experience in treating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, stress, and trauma, ensuring you receive the quality care. Each member of Bloom shares a dedication to advanced trainings and certifications in mental health conditions and treatment methods.
Specifically, all Bloom therapists have either obtained the credential of Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) or are actively working towards certification through iaedp™, which the most widely respected certification process for specializing in eating disorder treatment.
-
We work together as a team and collaborate with other healing providers—including therapists, dietitians, holistic practitioners, coaches, treatment centers, and medical providers—to offer comprehensive care.
As a team, Bloom offers elevated outpatient treatment options, providing supportive services beyond standard weekly therapy, such as therapeutic intensives and additional supportive treatments.
-
We believe that every person’s path to healing is unique. Our approach is personalized to your specific needs, allowing us to create treatment plans that resonate with your individual experiences and goals.
Bloom offers elevated outpatient care, which allows clients to receive more support. This can include more frequent or intensive sessions, supportive add-on therapeutic treatments, tandem therapy for couples or families, and meal support for those struggling with eating disorders.
Bloom’s approach integrates cognitive, experiential, and somatic therapies, ensuring that clients have access to diverse tools that promote lasting change.
-
Creating a safe and supportive environment is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that healing from trauma or mental health struggles requires a space where you can feel secure, without fear of judgment.
At Bloom, we foster a trusting and compassionate environment that allows you to explore your challenges and emotions at your own pace. Your safety—emotionally, mentally, and physically—is our priority.
-
We believe in being real and transparent with our clients. Authenticity is key to building a strong therapeutic relationship.
Our team is dedicated to showing up as our true selves—open, empathetic, and fully present. This genuine approach encourages you to do the same, creating an atmosphere where you can feel seen and heard.
At Bloom, we want you to know that you are accepted for exactly who you are, and that we are here to support you on your journey toward healing.
-
We integrate trauma-informed principles and approaches to ensure clients feel respected, empowered, and supported. We ensure that every interaction, intervention, and treatment approach respects and acknowledges your experiences, providing the support needed for safe healing.
The team prioritizes choice and empowerment, ensuring that clients have the autonomy to move through their process at a pace that feels right for them.
